About the Opportunity

As our new Project Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our Project Delivery team. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with our Project Delivery Manager and Project Managers, making sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Tasks and key responsibilities:
  • Keep our document control system in top shape.
  • Help out with procurement—because timing is everything.
  • Open, close, and keep track of project jobs.
  • Assist with invoicing and Purchase orders.
  • Manage access permits—keeping our sites secure.
  • Maintain crucial project docs, from design to build.
  • File and share site completion documents like a pro.
  • Ensure deadlines are met with timely, accurate documentation.
  • Compile and distribute As-builts, Operations, and Maintenance manuals.
  • Take charge of meeting minutes and other admin tasks.
Skills and Experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A background in Trades and Services? Even better!
  • You’re a whiz with Microsoft suites, word, excel and PowerPoint along with admin tasks.
  • Top-notch time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong customer service experience is a must.
  • You’re great at juggling multiple projects and seeing them through.

About the role

As a Training Manager at Syndeticom, you will manage and lead the development and delivery of a diverse range of training activities focused on enhancing both individual and organisational capability. You will design and implement training programs that align with specific outcomes, business unit objectives, and broader organisational strategies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to assess training needs, create tailored learning solutions, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. You will also play a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that training initiatives support the long-term growth and success of the company.

Tasks and responsibilities
  • Training Program Development and Aligment: Manage and lead the development, review, and maintenance of training programs to ensure they align with organisational goals and objectives; Analyse training needs and develop and coordinate new training programs and training schedules for all streams of training, to deliver innovative training solutions, in line with the business objectives; Development and management of all training materials, including plans, skills matrices/databases, online modules, and virtual training to ensure the provision of quality delivery outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Consultation: Partner with key stakeholders in teams to understand people’s impacts, provide expert advice and recommendations, and implement localised training plans and activities to deliver desired business outcomes; Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement a cohesive, integrated, and comprehensive offering of programs and services across the business to drive desired outcomes.
  • Training Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate training standards and outcomes, including using feedback from stakeholders and recommending improvements, to continuously improve learning within the business; Prepare and present accurate and relevant strategic plans, position papers, reports, including analysis and recommendations on training and development activities and initiatives to support informed decision-making.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Motivate, coach, and mentor a high-performing team to build internal expertise, capability, and collaboration.
Skills & experience
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or similar certification.
  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or Manager, essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years Telecommunications industry experience and knowledge, essential.
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs, essential.
  • Proficient in both traditional and modern training methods, including mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations and more
